We welcome you to enjoy our newly renovated, private downstairs studio with off road parking, large private ensuite bathroom, comfy king bed, and good quality pullout sofa bed. We are located at the top of mount street hill, a quiet neighbourhood only a 10-15 minute walk to the famous Nelson Market, restaurants, and other attractions. Perfect for couples, adventurers, and business travellers. The sofa bed can accommodate 2 children easily. Or can be used for 1-2adults, but it would be cosy!!

"The Tin Cans" are a unique tiny home, purpose-built for two people. Two shipping containers have been beautifully finished and re-purposed into a beautiful studio. Cladded in totara and surrounded in native bush, vege gardens and native birds. The covered deck has all day sun and huge views down the valley which adds to a sense of privacy. It has light meal making facilities including a fridge and hob stove to cook a meal. Not quite off the grid, but a compost toilet and a quirky charm.

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water fifty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafe, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

Stand alone rustic cottage with a balcony above owners home, lovely views out to the Tasman Bay. Happy for small DOG to stay for short periods ., small area adjacent to cottage is fenced off Very private . A microwave and hot plate ( induction ) for cooking. small fridge. Airport 10 mins Way, Saxton Field 1 5min. Abel Tasman National Park 1 hour drive . Appreciate departure by 11 am .Please note wifi can be slow some times Long stay for cottage is for a MONTH .
