Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, centrally located condo just steps from the sand and ocean. Sunrise and sunset views from this breezy spot in the best location at CB for walkability to restaurants and entertainment without being in the midst of the bars, etc. Ocean peek from the private deck just across the street from beach access. Newer appliances and furnishings. Only one stairway up, for convenient loading from designated parking spaces directly under the condo. Kid-friendly!

Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Tons of shopping, excellent restaurants, and bars within a short drive or walk from the Crabby Pad, This upper unit has a large front deck to relax and barbeque. Also golf carts are available to rent. The golfcarts are 75.00 per day/350.00 per week. We do allow up to 2 dogs @ a fee of $65 per dog.

Completely renovated in early 2022, this is the absolute best condo in Driftwood Villas. Boasting a spectacular view of the ocean, fireworks and main street buzz! Just a short walk to everything CB has to offer- restaurants, bars, ocean, greenway, farmers market at the lake, and the boardwalk. You literally will not find a better spot to be! You will love staying here because of the amenities, the updated space, and the view! Please no golf carts on the property, as they will be towed.
