The glasshouse is an architecturally designed garden residence, maximising passive solar gain, just 5 mins from city. There is wood heating, electric/gas heaters and air cons in rooms. Free on/off street parking, Wifi, smart tv, well equipped kitchen with pantry staples. Childrens toys, high chair, stroller, a large deck, and Weber BBQ etc. This private double glazed, north facing glasshouse is in a leafy heritage street with superb mountain views. Its a supremely sunny, warm light-filled home.

Walk to the city, North Hobart, Salamanca, with nearby Metro bus an easy option instead of the uphill walk back from the city, if you need it. Free safe car parking in the street. Ideal location for access to the CBD, waterfront, Salamanca, airport. Easy walk to cafes, hotels and IGA, the best small supermarket in town. A sophisticated and private apartment with an art gallery feel that is very light and well equipped. Views of the bridge from upstairs and close to the riverside walking track. 7 min drive from the CBD. There is a small table within the lounge-room space since there is not a separate dining area in the kitchen. The apartment is ideal for 2 but will accommodate 3 since there is a double bed in the second bedroom but limited storage. There is a childproof gate at the bottom of the stairs.
