House, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8 max) This modern home is located in the very quiet and private Dory Pointe development just minutes walk to the beach. Ideal for two families with 2200 square feet of space. The backyard is a kid's dream with sand and play structures and backs up to forested area with trails. Garage is stocked with bikes for the whole family, sand toys and beach chairs! Relax and Enjoy!

The Beach House!

The house sits directly on 7 miles of sandy beach. Check-in is at 4PM and all guests must be out of the home no later than 11AM on the last day of their stay. Cleaning fee $200.00; the pet fee is $50/pet/stay. Due to county and state law, we are required to charge a tax of 11.8%, this will be added to the total nightly rate. Parties and events are allowed.
