Very comfortable home with lots of upgrades. This home is close to everything; 5 min. from airport and train station, 10 min. to local beaches, 30 min. to RI ocean beaches, 10 min. to Providence, and 35 min. from Boston. Check in after 3PM Check out 11AM This home is pet friendly for a fee of $100 per pet. Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are pet friendly.
