NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Fantastic family vacation at Walchsee/Kössen

Cosy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor with a view of Lake Walchsee and the Kaiser Mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the swimming lake! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, is ideal for skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding sports in summer, and is a 10-minute drive away. The free bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl holiday region, practically stops at the front door!
