Maison de maître surrounded by a park

19th century mansion surrounded by an enclosed park of 1 hectare with century-old trees. The house is in the heart of the village but very quiet and has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 7 toilets, a large dining room and two living rooms. House completely renovated combining the charm of the old and the modern comfort. The bedding is new and the rooms are decorated with family furniture. Baby facilities available. Sheets and household linen are provided. The beds will be made on your arrival and we take care of washing the sheets and towels upon departure. Cleaning package on request. We are at your disposal to help you plan your visits to the many tourist sites located at a short distance. Note that the house sits on the GR13. In the center of the village, near the church and merchants. Nice walks from the house. The GR13 passes along the property. 14 kilometers from the Morvan Park and the Bourbon Lancy thermal center and golf. We have another house with a total capacity of 12 people located at 3 kilometers. You can also find it on Airbnb ("17th century farmhouse" in Cressy sur Somme).

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

House on one level overlooking two gardens. The one in the South is private. The very large north is shared with us... when we have the small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet.
