Available an apartment obtained from a larger construction, renovated in 2010, and inserted in a garden of 2000 square meters with pine forest and relaxation corners and that lends itself to the reconditioning of kite-surfing equipment, is located about 10 minutes from the center of Marsala, about 10 minutes from the beaches/beaches of the south coast and 2.5 km from the Stagnonee Reserve from the kite-surfing places. The property is easily accessible from Trapani-Birgi airport and there is also availability of transfers to and from Birgi airport (prior coordination). The area of the property is about 50 square meters consisting of a living room kitchen, a working kitchenette and complete with dishes available to guests and a sofa bed; two bathrooms with a shower for exclusive use, a bedroom with a double bed and a lounger. In a wooden annex, the possibility of using the washing machine and other outdoor shower.
