"Pelican Dune" is a newly available small holiday home only a few hundred meters away from the beach. This comfortable house is located at Dobbelmanduin in the beautiful village Noordwijk aan Zee. Dobbelmanduin is a peaceful neighborhood. The main shopping street with plenty of shops, a supermarket and bakery are only a few minutes walk away. So are the 2 main boulevards with the restaurants and bars. Pelican Dune has his own entrance, and there is private parking available near the property.

Boulevard, restaurants en winkels vindt u op ongeveer 4 km afstand van de Bungalow. De Bungalow staat op een rustig familiepark, dus niet geschikt voor feesten en jongerengroepen.

Op nog geen 4 minuten lopen van het heerlijke strand Zuid met de hipste strandtenten! Een knus en sfeervol appartement voorzien van alle luxe en romantisch slapen op de vide maakt het bijzonder en uniek. Op een toplocatie gelegen dichtbij de watertoren zodat je nooit kunt verdwalen :-) Wandelen en fietsen in de duinen op nog geen 8 minuten afstand, een absolute aanrader. Racefan? Het Formule1 circuit ligt op 1,9 km , ruim kwartiertje lopen. Maar ook de gezellige winkelstraat ligt om de hoek.

Feeling at home in authentic centre near beach

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated in 2016/2017 and updated in 2021. It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.

Our tiny house is at walking distance from the city centre. You can go shopping, walk in the dunes, relax at the beach, enjoy a meal and drinks at a beachclub, go to a bar at night, see the flowerfields or go to Keukenhof. Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
