The rooms ( 38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house.The apartment is not enclosed.It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen,storage room and bathroom.Everything is available for self-catering.Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be verified with ID card.

With this special accommodation, all the main points of contact are close by. The quiet neighborhood is located in the middle of the old town of Mönchengladbach . Everything is within walking distance. Gastronomy, cinema, shopping....only a few minutes' walk away. Bus stops, banks, the train station is right nearby. Soccer games and concerts take place only 3 km away. Just a few minutes by car to the highways to Düsseldorf, Cologne, Krefeld, Roermond, Venlo.

Quiet, lovingly furnished guesthouse in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 50m2 and completely renovated. It offers enough sleeping possibilities for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workplace is furnished, TV & WLAN available. We try to greet our guests personally to answer questions about the house and its surroundings directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are a 5-minute drive and the city center a 10-minute drive.

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. An outdoor area for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. Barbecue can also be done here. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.
