Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Mitt i en vacker grön innegård hittar man ett historiskt gårdshus vars hela övre plan konverterats till en gästlägenhet om ca 30 kvadratmeter. Lägenheten har allt man behöver för en semester: pentry, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin, wifi 6. Efter en dag vid havet delar man trädgården med grill och sittplatser med värdparet Henrik och Björn. Parkering för en bil på tomten. Lägenheten lämpar sig väl för tre personer.

Home close to ocean and centrum

From this central apartment, you walk 3 minutes to the ocean or 5 to the centre of Lysekil. The bathroom is completely new, and the kitchen is refurbished, in April 2023. The place is perfect for a couple, but we could fix some matrasses if needed in the living room. There is also a small garden and dogs are welcome.
