You have a completely remodeled private space on the walk-out level of my home. Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with queen bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs. The desk, looking out at the woods, a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. The entire space is completely updated. Private entrance. This is in a quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs.

The Lumber Yard Cottage is a cozy hidden retreat tucked away from the road. Within walking distance of all Mineral Point has to offer. Great restaurants on all sides of this property and wonderful shops are just up the road. The Cheese Trail and railroad museum are across the street.
