We are walking distance to Troika Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is an upstairs unit above the garage and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

In a 15 minute drive you can find the hip town of Arcata, surrounded by redwoods and hiking as well as a majestic coastline.
