Large studio apartment on beautifully situated small holding surrounded by forest. Private decking with lovely views and direct access to the forest. Recently been re-decorated and features log burner (seasoned wood supplied), induction hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Stourhead NT house and gardens are within walking distance with its cafes, gallery and farm shop. There are 3 country pubs within 1.5 miles which all do meals. This one bed self contained annexe was built in 2022 and has been finished to a high standard. The property is situated in Warminster (a small market town) in a very quiet cul de sac. Just a few minutes away from Longleat Safari Park. Only 30 minutes to Bath, Salisbury and Stonehenge. The annexe has its own private entrance. It has an added bonus of air conditioning for the summer months.
