Summer house "Het Hoeverhuisje" is located in Egmond aan den Hoef, a village between dune and sea from where you can visit both nature and culture. The cozy, renovated summer house is behind the owner's house. It has its own entrance and a small outdoor area with garden seat. The kitchen, living and bathroom are downstairs, the bedroom with clothing and dresser is upstairs. Which is also very nice; in Egmond aan den Hoef, there is free parking and you will always find a parking space for your car...!

In de 2700m2 achtertuin van onze stolpboerderij staan twee vrijstaande tiny houses voorzien van een grote eigen tuin en eigen opgang met veel privacy. Het huisje ligt op loopafstand van de historische stad Medemblik en dichtbij Hoorn en Enkhuizen. Amsterdam ligt op 45 minuten afstand. Diverse mogelijkheden voor watersport. Strand, havens, winkels etc. bereikbaar binnen 5 minuten met de auto en lopend 25 minuten.

Under the beautiful rose arch in the backyard is the entrance to the Yellow Bird House. Upholstered with wood and located in the greenery, the feeling of peace and vacation overwhelms you. In the morning the birds chirp welcome you and you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun. The house is fully equipped and you have your own garden. Here you can enjoy the sun. The beach and dunes are practically your backyard, but the cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam are also nice and close.
