Approx. 10 miles/25 min. from University of Notre Dame & Amish country, this rural apartment is our finished basement that we reside over. With own private walk-out entrance from back of the house, unit includes 2 BR's (one very small), full bath (shower, no tub), kitchen/family room & laundry room. Once outside, you're on 60 acres of rolling pasture + 17 acres of forest. There are cattle, sheep, chickens & dogs (+ a couple of barn cats & seasonal pigs.). Plenty of space for hiking & exploring.

Our turn of the century farmhouse is situated in the country on over three acres. Enjoy a large kitchen, dining room and large family room along with three bedrooms (upstairs) and two full baths (1 up and 1 down). The rural atmosphere is perfect for walks or evening fires (we have a fire ring, lawn chairs, and some wood). Enjoy the night sky with a view of the stars and constellations. Sled down the barn bank (just like I did when I was little). Any time of year is a beautiful time to visit.

From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, SUP rental $10, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a new king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. Or you can fish or swim off the pier. Pets are allowed and it is gated. Off street parking is provided.
