Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Quickest access to our place is via motorway exit 417: Tristram Ave. ++ 35 minute drive to/from Auckland Airport. ++ 15 minute drive to the Auckland CBD. ++ 7 minute drive to Takapuna entertainment and business centres. ++ 12 minute drive to the Albany business centres. Public transport options ++ Readily available taxi / Uber drivers in the area. ++ 50m walk to the nearest bus stop. ++ Bus #822 or #858 for Takapuna or the CBD. My place is 5min walk to cafes, local shops/restaurant. 15min to beaches, cliff-top walks, parks, bus stop. You’ll love the outdoors space, location & character. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business. The cottage has a large bedroom/sitting area, ensuite/shower, small covered deck, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery, tea/coffee) and private garden. It is connected to my home but has own entrance, parking and garden. Caution: Carpark entrance VERY steep. 7 steps

Albany 2 bedroom courtyard retreat

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Plus we provide you with cereal, milk, bread and spreads to help you get started in the morning.

Sunny north easterly aspect. Walk to North Head reserve in 1 min for views of whole of Auckland. Quiet,secluded location. Down a right of way so no traffic noise. Located in the heart of Albany.
