Edifice Rex, a 300 square foot studio apartment, is only one mile and less than 2 minutes from Interstate 81 yet offers a very bucolic, peaceful setting. Countless cultural, historical and recreational opportunities exist within a 30 mile radius. The James River and Appalachian Trail are but minutes away. Great location just 1/2 mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway at MP 152. Surrounded by open fields, mountain vistas abound. This home has been lived in and gently loved for many years. There is one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. An extra cot is available. Fully equipped kitchen! Great for families and a long stay. Guests are invited to join us when feeding the farm animals (alpacas, llamas, Highland cattle, Jacob sheep and angora goats) each morning. Fun!

"The Shepherdess Cottage" is a sweet place to visit. It has view of Cahas Mountain in Franklin County, Virginia. This cottage has 2 bedrooms and a bath. A very large kitchen open to great room. The house used to be a one room school house in early 1900's. It sits on one acre of land and has a rural surrounding. When we purchased it, it was completely gutted with all new construction as of 2018.

Fully cleaned and sanitized and vacant two days between guests. Beautiful Lakefront Apartment 5 miles from Westlake. Attached, but private entrance and outdoor space. You likely won't see the host unless needed. Everything you need, wireless internet, Netflix, Grill, Firepit, Floats. Bed is so comfy. Peaceful! Private! Convenient!
