A year round fully renovated two bedroom cottage on the beach. Nothing but sand between you and Cape Cod bay. My place is the perfect peaceful beach vacation. The sunsets are amazing! The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Come enjoy the fully renovated and updated Jimmy Majestic Cottage located in the fabulous East End across from the Provincetown Tennis Club. This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am. 3 day minimum through November. 15 min walk to the best bayside beach. Very peaceful setting. Four night minimum stay from April 15 to June 13 June 14 to Sept 6 there's a 7 night minimum stay, from Saturday to Saturday. A beautiful, charming 2 bedroom cottage 15 min walk to Thumpertown Beach. It's situated on a triple sized lot, close to the outer Cape's favorite attractions. Eastham is known as the Gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore.
