This private basement suite offers 2 bedrooms, coffee station with fridge, microwave, water machine and ample living space. There is wifi, cable, Netflix, Prime and Disney +. House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Bus stops in area and close to Clareview LRT for special events. Anthony Henday and Yellowhead Hwy are just minutes away. Parking is available and plug-ins can be provided during winter months. Entrance is through front door with access code and then head downstairs to suite.
