Outdoor fish/filleting bench and outdoor shower famous Carrington Estate winery and golf course so much to do on this lovely peninsula.

This bach is a great spot with jetty by the water. 3 bedroom completely renovated in 2022 with a new kitchen and disabled bathroom. 3 queen beds, plus 3 single mattresses on the lounge floor can accommodate up to 9 people. Harbour and small beach across the road. Within 2 hours of high tide you can access Whangateau harbour right off the deck. 2 neighbouring properties (listed as "A Kiwi Classic") mean you can be together or separate for family groups of up to 20 or more.

The bach sits within regenerating native bush with a NW orientation delivering all day sun and panoramic views up the coast towards Whananaki. The bach consists of a living room opening onto a large shaded deck (-40m2) kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. Sandy Bay is accessed from the property by a bush track (~120 steps). There's good parking for 2 cars.

You’ll love my place because it is surrounded by native bush with dual walkways direct from the property down to Stoney Bay and Woolleys Bay. Whether you like surfing, fishing, diving, swimming , boating or just lazing about this is the ideal place for an action packed holiday or a simple restful break. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
