Perfect for couples or families, child friendly. Easy walk to the beach. Great central location and lovely views, with lots of amenities shops and eateries on your doorstep, plus only a short walk to the beach. Recently refurbished, the apartment has far reaching views and offers an excellent sense of light & space. The internal proportions are superb with a very large kitchen diner with plenty of seating, a separate sitting room with two sofas a Smart TV and a selection of books and games.

Fabulous central location ,Just a stones throw away from the centre of Norwich city. Shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes are all on your doorstep.This apartment has a security camera installed at the front of the building. This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.

This beautiful apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing break. Located on one of Cromer's most historic residential streets, it is comfortable and full of character. All facilities are within very easy walking distance of the apartment, which is self contained and has its own private access and enclosed garden.
