Charming apartment 60m², 3 rooms, large living room with kitchen, small bedroom on the garden level and beautiful bedroom under attic upstairs. It is a farmhouse which dates from the seventeenth century, completely renovated, isolated with ecological materials. The area is quiet, the tram line is 5 mins walk, the historic town center 20 mins walk. All commerce nearby. We live in the house right next door, on the same courtyard and want to be very available to our guests.
