Space includes a large great room with fireplace, pool table, theater room, dinette area, small kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, griddle and crock-pot. 12x60 covered patio. Gas grill with side burner. During the summer season, you can rent our pontoon boat for $200 a day. You will need to reserve it in advance to make sure it is available.
