Large child-friendly villa near the sea on Nøtterøy

Nøtterøy . Large single-family home of 300 m2 with great garden and very good sun conditions until long evening. The home is in a blind alley in a quiet and calm area. About 5 km to Tønsberg town, and 900 meters to the sea. 300 meters to kiwi and gas station. Here there is space for everyone in the spacious living room with a 3 meter dining table. Two large bathrooms and four spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms has double bed with 180cm width. Possibilities to put a third double bed in one of the children's bedrooms if needed. The two children's bedrooms each have a 120cm width bed. Possibility of 2 extra mattresses on the floor if needed. There is also a sofa bed with a 140 cm wide sofa bed in the cinema room. However, please note that there are no windows in this room. Private cinema room, fitness room, trampoline, slide and children's toys. No party, and only rent out to families.

Take your whole family to this sunny and seaworthy place. Spacious and child-friendly, located 200 meters from the beach and 5 km to Tønsberg city center. Experience real archipelago idyll! Great view of the Oslo fjord. Short distance to outdoor areas, playgrounds, public transport, sea and great hiking areas. There are several nice beaches in the immediate vicinity. We rent primarily for quiet families with children. The tenant must be at least 25 years old. The home is a good fit for 7 people, plus any children in a travel crib (included).

Bring your family or girlfriend, or your staff and enjoy a peaceful, brand new, charming country house. The house is comfortable with, among other things, 2 luxurious bathrooms. There is a separate fenced-in, sheltered garden where you can enjoy the hot tub with birdsong and something good in the glass. We live in the house, but often we are in Gran Canaria or at work. Right by the woods, hiking trails, the scout cabin with a fire pit only 400 m away. The hot tub is closed in winter between 1st - April 1st. 5 minutes by car to Vestby/Ås

Large family friendly house with short distance to the sea, beach and Tønsberg city center. Large garden of 900 sqm with sun from morning to evening. Several patios. One patio has two lounge chairs and is perfect for morning sun, a covered patio with dining table and heating lamp as well as a patio with sun from about 13-21 with sun loungers and lounge group. swing stand, sandbox and playhouse for the children. Walking distance to nice beach. Popular beaches like Ringshaugstranda and Skallevoldstranda only 10 min drive from the house

There is a unique view. Here you can sit with your morning coffee and have peace of mind by looking out over the sea. Large window surfaces always see the lake. On the back, you grill at night until sunset. There are also opportunities to fire in the outdoor fireplace to get warm in the evening. In total there are 3 fireplaces for wood burning. Cozy house w/sea view at Husvik, 3 bedrooms.

The home is located on cozy Nes/Tangen with immediate proximity to great hiking trails, the sea and popular beaches. Norway's smallest ferry service, Ole3, goes right by and takes you summer time to Husøy and on to Nøtterøy. Some changes have been made to the furniture since the pictures were taken, including 2 sofas in the living room. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. one with double bed and one with bunk bed. 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor. with two single beds. Bus stop about 100 m away and several daylife shops nearby.

Large villa on idyllic Husøy

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy, outside of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with about 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several swimming beaches, football field and a beautiful coastal path. Closest beach about 350 meters from the house has jetty, beach, playground and volleyball field. Here is also Ole3 which is a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bikes on the boat. The nearest food shop is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg pier with car.

At this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central with a short distance to the city center, Hvaler, Fredrikstadmarka and the city center. Garage with space for 1 car, plus 1 parking. The veranda of about 150 sqm that is fenced is a good fit when you have small children or a dog. Dining group.4 sun loungers, rattan seating area for 6 people, and fire pit. Rented to well grown and families with children .
