Our farm is located at 1175 m asl, a 15-minute walk above the South Tyrolean sunny village Lajen. Meadows and forests surround our house. Combining tradition and technology is a major challenge. We strive to manage the farm sustainably, which is only organic. We have our own water source with a very good analysis, which is rounded off with Grander water revitalization. We generate the entire electricity through a photovoltaic system and achieve a Co² saving of approx. 13,000 Kg annually.

You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of meadows and forests. The beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment, where you can still look at the starry sky with a glass of wine. With a bit of luck, you can also spot a wild animal, like a deer or a deer.
