Nyborg is 30 minutes from Odense. 1 1/2 hours from Copenhagen. Off-road transportation from Nyborg to both places.

The double patio door provides the opportunity to open up, facing the water, as well as going out onto the private terrace where its own outdoor shower is available. The house from 1860 is part of the history of Holckenhavn Castle. It was like Boathouse for those who were supposed to cross the bay with the boat that was available. You can always find a cozy nook to stay in if you want sea views, sun in the morning on the east terrace, sun in the evening on the large west facing terrace. Take a swim from one of the bridges by the beach which is about 100 meters from the house. Nyborg is 15 min away where you can shop and more. Svendborg is about 25 minutes by car.

The views are truly breathtaking and the area is very peaceful with the sound of singing birds and huge hares hopping around. There are 2 bedrooms in each condominium: one, overlooking the ocean with 2 single beds and another on the other side. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as laundry facilities.
