Spacious apartment, ideal to enjoy as a family , share it with a group of friends or with another couple and children. Outside, with bright and ventilated rooms, located on the first floor of a building without elevator. The building is located on a gated estate in its entire perimeter by a wall and a gate. It also has a small field on both sides of the house with a beautiful magnolio.
