We have recently added Solar Power to the establishment, going green and having almost no reliance on Eskom :-) We also have 5 stage filtered water supply. Lovely room (3 other similar rooms) with en-suite bathrooms, and large comfortable beds. Quiet and central neighbourhood, not far from the bustle of downtown Cape Town, and many of the fantastic Cape Town sights. *10 mins from CT Airport ($6 Uber) *12 mins from Kirstenbosch *15 mins from Cape Town V&A TV including Netflix & Disney plus.

Lovely garden cottage with pool and SOLAR energy

We have added a small, cozy guest suite to our family home in upper Woodstock and welcome guests from all over the world. We, that is Kent and Susanne with our daughters Tami (16) and Alba (7) and our lovely bitch Vivienne Westwood (Vivi). Our approximately 25 square meter cottage is located in our beautiful garden with saltwater pool and has its own bathroom and kitchenette. Our guests appreciate the Upper Woodstock location and the tranquility of the garden while having us around for questions

Chatley house. A large Victorian home with secure parking and treed garden. Ideal for holiday, business or work from home. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds & couches. WiFi, Netflix games.. The sunny full equipped kitchen, great for alfresco dining opens to a private patio, with seating. The front veranda is another chilled coffee spot where you can listen to birds chirping in the avocado and yellow wood trees. The house is in a quiet street, 5 min stroll or an Uber to the village hub or city.

This spacious three bedroom house is secure, well looked after and comes with with lovely back courtyard with a braai/bbq and an olive tree.
