There is a private parking lot for guests and additional street parking. Our property is comprised of 3 identical units and located less than 3 blocks (.5 mi) from the Roland E. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door at this centrally located condo! Relax on the rear deck on the canal to watch the sunset. The condo has been recently remodeled with a new kitchen and living room! Check In/Out days are Sunday or Thursday which can be flexible in the off season. We have a 15% discount if you book the week which can be Sunday-Sunday or Thursday-Thursday. Easy code to check in and I send out an email with more information including a map before you arrive.

Ocean view 2 Bed 2 bath CLEAN!

Great view of the Ocean only 100 steps to the sand . This condo is extremely clean and updated and equipped with almost everything you need. Sheets and towels are not included but you can purchase the linen pkg which is located in the hall bathroom closet with a combo lock on it. The fee is 75.00 and includes sheets for all beds, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen and hand towels as well as a beach blanket. Must wash and put back after use. Must be 27 years or older or stay with parent
