Windward at the Beach is a boutique hotel featuring studios, efficiencies and, suites (some with full kitchens). Located in Beach Haven, at the heart of LBI (Long Beach Island), NJ, this historic mansion has morphed into an eclectic beach house, complete with a surf & beach vibe. Just 60 steps to the sand, and a block from the center of town, location is key for your beach vacation. Windward at the Beach has several common areas including an enclosed wrap around porch area, with kids' corner and library, three outside patios ( with umbrella tables, gas grills, and outdoor lounging areas), and private outdoor showers. This two room suite is located on the 2nd floor and sleeps up to 6 people. Enter through the hall to room #6. It features a full bed and one single bed; plus the kitchen. It has its own flatscreen w/DirecTV, and a DVD player. Continue on to the second room (#7); it can be closed off for privacy) and includes one QUEEN bed and one pull out pop up hi-riser (makes two twins). It has a large flatscreen TV, and a bay window nook that makes for a great family dining area. The private bath is spacious and is accessed via the second room. This spacious unit features a full kitchen (apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, etc.). Both rooms had independent air-conditioning , wi-fi, and all linens and towels. Quintessential "Victorian", this is one of our most popular two-room suites. With views of the Atlantic Ocean, and Bicentennial Park, the rooms get a nice breeze and are airy and light. Despite the name 6/7, this is rented as one unit. Sleeps up to six people. *** Please NOTE: NJ sales & hotel tax will be collected at time of check in (8% + 6.625%).

This efficiency unit sleeps up to six and includes two full beds, plus one hi-riser pull-out-pop up bed (makes two twins), full apartment size kitchen (mini refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishes, utensils, etc.), large flatscreen, DirecTV, wi-fi, air conditioning, private bath w/shower, and all linens. Please note, when open, the hi-riser takes up much of the room and is best suited to small children. The unit is conveniently located on the first floor, just off the enclosed wrap-around porch for easy access to the porch, patio & beach. An interior room, the unit has sealed windows (lots of light) and central air conditioning. This is a great room for families who would like to enjoy the porch, yet be close to sleeping children. Send the kids to bed while you enjoy a book on the veranda. It is also convenient to the outside patio and Atlantic St. door for a quick exit to the beach! Sleeps up to six people. For a bit of charm, it has a fireplace (non-working) and bay window to the porch (sealed window, but lets in lots of light). This unit has central air conditioning. Also conveniently located just off the enclosed wrap around porch, this corner unit is great for families who would like to enjoy the porch while the kids sleep nearby. Send the kids to bed while you enjoy a book on the veranda. Close to the outside patio and gas grill, the unit is a great basecamp for a dinner under the stars! Sleeps up to six people. The second room (which can be closed off for privacy) features a pull out pop-up hi-riser (makes two twins), kitchen, and access to the private bath. Please note, when open, the beds take up much of the room (best suited for small children). The unit includes a full kitchen (apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, stove w/oven, dishes and cooking utensils). Both rooms have individual window air conditioners. This room is a favorite for families or friends looking for a bit of privacy. A prime location next to the porch and outside patio, envision a BBQ under the stars or a quick jaunt to the beach. This Charming 2 guest Victorian Hotel room is located in the heart of the Queen City of Beach Haven, steps to the beach and just minutes away from all the dining, shopping and amusement rides that Beach Haven has to offer. The 2nd floor air conditioned room overlooks Veterans Memorial Park. The room has a King Size Bed comfortably sleeping 2 guests and includes a recently renovated bathroom, side area with a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, and a separate TV area.
