The living room has queen sleeper & 50" TV. Kitchen has a range, microwave, refrigerator, & dishwasher. The bathroom has a large vanity & glass-walled shower. Most doors are 36” for better accessibility. Porch is great for relaxing. Conveniently located just 2 blocks south of downtown & less than a mile off I-70.

This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. Full size kitchen. In ground salt water pool (in season), Hot tub outside. Fire pit, with wood and roasting sticks furnished. Murphy Bed in living room. Lots of outdoor seating on patio with tables. Games and cards in bedroom closet. Stocked kitchen with spices- blender-instant pot-crock pot-toaster. 30 minutes from Downtown KC and 20 minutes from Kauffman Stadium. A wonderful family place, not a party place.

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available. The property is convenient and easily accessible, with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.)
