Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with lovely sea views. The cottage is located 100 m from the sea where there is a swimming area and a cozy boardwalk. On the rooftop terrace of the cabin you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Kalmarsund. To Mörbylånga C with restaurants, cafés and grocery store it is about 800 meters. Utegym, padel court and a popular playground are within 1 km. In Mörbylånga C there is also bike rental. In southern Öland, nature is in focus with, among other things, Alvaret and the cultivation landscape.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Only 200 meters to the sea in the beautiful coastal village of Djupvik, about 25 km north of Borgholm. Here you can enjoy a relaxing existence in a leafy and secluded garden. There are two spacious bedrooms, a fresh bathroom, a cozy sleeping loft, a spacious living room/kitchen with open up in the nock and a lovely outdoor space. Large wooden deck with plenty of room to hang out, eat and sunbathe. There is also a cottage with two beds. Wi/fi available.

The cottage is peacefully located with your own dock, large nature plot with the sea as your closest neighbor. This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

You are close by to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. A nice place to stay in the middle of the place Djupvik located along the coastal road between Äleklinta and Sandvik. Djupvik is located 20 km north of Borgholm and from the house it is about 600 meters to the beach, 7.5 km to the community Sandvik where the nearest grocery store is. The accommodation consists of a living room, one kitchen, one bathroom two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is also a small guesthouse on the property with two bunk beds..
