2 bedroom cozy cabin with a 20 acre lake at your disposal. Such a peaceful area with mountain views. Close to allegany state park and only 10 minutes to restaurants and wall mart. 20 minutes to skiing and atv trails. Ride right out of the property with your snowmobile and explore 400 miles of trails. Like to hunt no problem right across the street is over 400 acres of hunting. We also have a miniature golf course open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Maximum of 2 pets pet fee $40

Enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway with this 3 bedroom, 1 bath cabin nestled on 120 acres. Includes views of hill sides and a big stocked pond. This cabin is truly a great getaway to unwind and relax. Great for hiking and fishing. Cabin gets little to no cell service and wifi is very spotty during summer foliage. 10 minutes from Cuba, NY 25 minutes from Olean, NY 2 hours South of Buffalo, NY 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended during winter months.
