Very cozy semidetached house bery near MET competition (5 minutes walking and 50 meters to beach). We love horses too. Fast wifi and possibility of work from home. Very quiet and familiar place . Swimming pool opened all year. Shops, restaurant, bakery, cafetery very closed. The house has a small garden with a porch and a solarium with sofas. Confortable house, beds, and good and speed WIFI conection. 3 rooms, 8 beds. All kitchen facilities. Very high evaluations from guests.

My house: nice flat very near to the beach

My flat is in a quiet street in Oliva. It's a second floor. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen with dishwasher and two balcony. There's WIFI. The balcony is quite big and there's a table and chairs so you can eat there. The flat is very near to the beach (5-minute walking). It's very near to the bus too. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have added a considerable discount each month).

The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although, from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, it invades you. This unique character is appreciated in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Our apartment has a perfect location. It is situated in Gandia beach. We have a beautiful terrace with umbrella and canopy. neww...If you have Netflix or HBO you can watch it. Near from the apartment is full of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, etc. We appreciate puntuability and respect to our rules , smoking is not allowed.
