The house on the hill

We have just expanded and renovated large parts of our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe. Cleaning is not included, bed linen is not included (can be rented).

Great panoramic view over Lerum city and lake of Aspen. The apartment is 30 sqm located in the basement of a house with its own private Sauna and a lovely Bathtub in the middle of living room. 240 sqm in two floors. 10 minutes with bus from the Centralstation och close to the ocean our house has everything you'll need from a stay in Gothenburg. It has a nice garden, a glassroom and a spa in the garden. Busses and tram is hundred meter from our house. We have a fine grocery store, a cafe, restaurants and a drug store only a few hundred meter from our house. Ferrys to Gothenburg arcipelago and the beach is only 1,5 km away. Welcome!
