Studio Lavander with private garden

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

New studio apartment in a private house. Apartment has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, heating, A/C, TV-SAT, Wi-Fi, etc. There is a free parking slot in front of a house. There are supermarket, doctor and pharmacy, restourants, coffe shops, gas station and post office nearby. Kostrena has 3km long coast with beautiful beaches, good restourants and many beach bars. Distance between the house and the nearest beach is 10 min ( by foot ). Children under 5 years are free of charge.

Modern apartment in Kostrena, ideal for two or three people. The apartment building is equipped with a gym and an outside pool. Close to the sea (1 km, 3 minutes by car), surrounded by forest and nature, relaxing environment and you can hear birdsong every morning. Close to the center of Rijeka (7 min by car), the center of Kostrena with beaches and bars (3 min by car). The kitchen has everything you need for cooking (pans, pots...) as well as cutlery. Free private parking included.
