Bicycles available! There are also beautiful ATB routes nearby that you can try out. You can do shopping in the village itself. If you are looking for a larger shopping center, Gorredijk (known for Rinsma modeplein) Sportstad/Thialf Heerenveen, Drachten, Leeuwarden, and Sneek are also easy to drive to.

Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. Next to our small nature campground is a beautiful holiday home in the middle of nature. Jurjen made the cottage all by yourself and ensured that you can completely relax. The kitchen is a real “Oldtimer” but also with oven. A large dining room table overlooking the storks, a nice sofa to quietly read a book. A spacious shower with a fine jet. The wood-fired Hottub can be rented separately for €90,- for a weekend and €120,- for a midweek/week.

In this lovely cottage you can fully enjoy the great view over the nature reserve. Nice house on the Boarne, near the Frisian lakes

Our house is a small but very nice house. From the jetty you step up the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and has all comforts. You can stay well with 4 people at the Wjitteringswei. The beds are lovely. They are now as a double bed, but can also be set up as 4 single beds. WiFi is also available, of course. And especially a fantastic view. Check-in from 3pm and check-out until 12pm.
