My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

My apartment (~65 sqm) is located right next to the largest science theater in Europe. The area you will be staying in (Prenzlauer Berg) is one of the nicest and safest in Berlin. Because of the central location and excellent access to public transportation you can get to any corner of the city quickly and easily from here. So if you feel comfortable climbing the stairs to my rooftop (5th floor - no elevator), you will find everything you need for a quiet, discreet and enjoyable stay.

Adorable and generous apartment with peaceful bedroom towards the backyard and a cosy living and dining area. Small and delicious restaurants, shops for daily needs, a charming little cinema right at the front door. A direct tram connection to vibrant Prenzlauer Berg (5 stops), the S-Bahn ring (3 stops) and Alexanderplatz (8 stops) is located nearby. The green space around the lake Weisser See lies within walking distance. Weißensee is about 20 minutes from the center.

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. Cosy bright and new renovated 1-Room Apartment with Balcony and separate Kitchen at Bötzow Viertel only 15 Min. from Alexanderplatz. Tram Stations with great connection, Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and Boutiques in walking distance around the corner. You will find a new large Rewe Supermarket in the Building next to my apartment which is open till 10 pm.
