Luxury renovated cottage with sauna (wood included), wood stove, washing machine, fridge and freezer, crystal chandelier etc. Well-equipped kitchen! Quiet location - see photots! Fiber - fast wifi, boat, fishing, 2 bicycles. We want guests to roughly clean - i.e. do the dishes, empty garbage and sweep up rubbish. Check out 11.00 and check in after 3pm. If it is not booked, you can for a small fee (300 SEK) come earlier in the day - and check out later. Pets are welcome - but not in the bedrooms (carpet).

This is our cosy house in the center of Hällefors, Sweden. The beautiful nature is right outside, where you can run, hike and go skiing in the winter. There are fishing and bathing opportunities just a short drive away. It's an 8 minute walk to the nearest store, and a one hour drive to get to big cities like Örebro and Karlstad.
