Perfect location by the sea!

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Beach house with stunning view over the sea

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Welcome to your own apartment on the second floor of this spacious house in the heart of Österlen. Here you stay in a beautiful 20's house with proximity to Österlen's full range of beaches, sights, galleries, restaurants and much more. The bus between Ystad and Simrishamn stops in the neighborhood next door and in the village there is a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, etc. The property has three rooms for up to five guests. There is a well-equipped kitchen (new kitchenette) with exit to the balcony that has sun most of the day (south/west).

Teacher's residence at former Österlenskola in Örnahusen

Separate part of house in Örnahusen near the sea (700 m) on lovely Österlen. The house smartly decorated with two completely separate apartments where the apartment we rent has: private entrance, large patio, shower, toilet, washing machine, kitchen, bikes, 6 beds (2 double beds + 1 single bed + 1 sofa bed). The house is next to old school & this house is formerly the teacher's residence. In Österlen it is close to everything & there is lots to experience: swimming, beaches, food, drink, culture, beautiful landscape, hiking, golf, padel etc.

Stay near the sea in Brantevik, Österlen

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Completely newly built in 2022, very fresh detached guest house 100 m from the beach. You live in a forest-like area, with a sea soda and the beach as a neighbor. Take a morning and/or evening swim. Relax with miles of walks or bike rides (bikes can be borrowed). In this quiet area there is a 40 sqm large private small house with two bedrooms at each end (or 160/140cm bed), a living room with sofa and dining area, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast wifi. Nice patio with private barbecue.

The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day
