The 40sqm large apartment with 10sqm large balcony is located in a residential complex, which is about 800m from the alpine Weißensee and 10km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surrounding area is therefore perfect for swimming, skiing, walking and cycling. In the basement there is a pool and sauna, which can be reached via a basement pathway. There's a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini golf course on the outdoor area. Important: In Nov, the pool & sauna are usually closed due to maintenance.
