Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs to the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. W-Lan is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, e.g. on our Bachbrücke or in the stables.

The 500-year-old house has been completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historic details that can be found in the entire apartment and feel completely comfortable in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
