Large and nice villa in quiet area!

Large and spacious accommodation with many rooms and many beds. A perfect accommodation on your holiday with proximity to everything and at the same time space for barbecue and sun. There is also a trampoline in the courtyard for the smallest, and a hot tub for the adults with room for 6 people. The outdoor space is perfect for evening socialising. Parking outside the house as well as the possibility of free parking on the street outside. Bus stop, grocery store and pizzeria with 5 minutes walking distance. 100m to a large football field.

Newly built villa 6 km from ski stadium

New and fresh villa located 6 km from the ski stadium for rent two weeks during the World Junior World Cup in biathlon. The villa has consistently high standards and a pleasant level of light and open floor plan between living room and the fully equipped kitchen downstairs. At the front there is a sun-proof terrace with extra dining area. In total there are two toilet/shower and upstairs you will find four bedrooms of which two with double bed. The villa is located about 10 minutes from ICA and good pizzeria. No smoking and not pets.

Modern family villa 5 km from city center

In a quiet residential area is our house which is perfect for families with children. The house is located 5 km from the center of Östersund which is easily reached by bus or car. If you are going to visit Storsjöcupen, the bus goes all the way to the sports field in Odensala, no change needed. To Östersunds ski stadium it takes 9 minutes by car. In the immediate area there are both forest, horse paths and bike paths. Children can play in one of the nearby playgrounds, or in the plot where there are plenty of outdoor toys.

Nice two-story house in Odensala - Östersund

The house that is close to Östersunds the city center that you on the bike you reach within 15 min. If you choose an evening at home in the house, you will be met by a quiet villa area. Here you can grill, play cube and listen to music. The entire group/family has plenty of room to hang out. Close to grocery stores/shopping, soccer fields, bathhouses and the main lake. In the house there are among other things Dishwasher Washing machine Dryer Robotdamsugare Sauna Coffee machine Melitta Vinkyl (refilled on arrival)

Nice lakefront villa with deck and garden

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. There are 4 sturdy beds as well as the possibility of mattresses/sofa on floors to sleep up to 7 persons. The plot is large and there is the possibility to park several cars, or camper/caravan. A stone's throw from the lake and swimming area. 3 km to Östersund city, as well as the ski stadium with good connections with both bus and bike/footpaths. In the garden there is trampoline, playhouse, swing and football goal as well as terrace with dining area and barbeque.

Idyllic villa close to Östersund city

The villa is close to the lake, forest, has fantastic views, and only 5 min drive by car or buss to Östersund. The villa is rural with 2 hectares of land where hens and sheeps lives. Pick some fresh eggs from the hen-house for breakfast and make a fire in any of the five fireplaces in the house! Why not borrow our bikes to city or skis to ski on the ice at winter. Our place if perfect for families, business travelers, event-guests and of course your pet is alloud to join. Feel free to ask!

Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from living room. Floor 1 has bathroom with shower and separate shower in laundry room. Plan 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold coffee shop. High chair and play corner.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation where you have the entire house except the garage. It is walking distance to various exercise tracks, slalom slope, grocery store and there is gas station in the resort. S:t Olavsleden goes past Gällö and the beautiful Forsaleden is close by. The property is undisturbed overlooking Revsundssjön and the forest behind.
