It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. There are daily necessities, so I recommend it for those who want to experience Sapporo life. It is a little inconvenient, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, and a 20-minute walk from Kitajo Station on the Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. There is also a direct sales office next door next door from spring to autumn. 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place to live.
