Private lower level includes 2 BR, 3 Queen beds, 1 twin, full private bath, LR, private entrance, wifi, grill, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, sandwich maker, roasting oven, griddle, and more. Located in the center of West Michigan, 20 min. to Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, Lake Michigan. Use of the hot tub requires cleanliness considerations. Go in clean to keep it clean please.

Welcome to Holland! Built in 1881, the home is a classic 3 bd/2 ba on a tree-lined street in downtown Holland, next to Kollen Park and Lake Macatawa. The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck.
