Large living room with dining table, 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, shower room and terrace. Optimal transport connections, 3 min. to the junction Kerpen A4/A61, Cologne West with shopping center in about 12 min. Phantasialand Brühl approx. 15min., Bruhler Schloss approx. 20 min., S-Bahn connection in the neighboring town, about 20 min. to Cologne main station.

Please be sure to pay attention before booking instead of negatively reviewing! Berzdorf is a small village and not a district of Cologne! The location is quiet, transport connection is good. Cologne Cathedral is about 15 km away. The modern studio is located in the basement of our house and has a separate entrance for guests. The comfortable bed can accommodate 1-2 persons. In the room there is a fully equipped kitchenette. The studio includes a private bathroom with a large shower.

The cottage independent of our residential building consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. As a connection between the two rooms is the shower room. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.
