Access by paved and illuminated street; the balcony and bathroom have a panoramic view of the beach, mountains and forest. The street access is unique, but for the apartment is independent with its own keys. It is 400m to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend for walking, they are safe streets and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for morning coffee or snack. Spots for two medium cars.

The Casa da Majô is located just 5 min walk to Jabaquara beach and 25 min walk to the historic center, which allows you to feel the tranquility of staying on the coast, without being far from the bustle of the center. There are bakery and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The beach is mangrove, the nursery of marine life, and so it has the shallow and calm sea, offering the perfect condition to practice stand up and kayak. There are several kiosks where you can have lunch, dinner and drinks with your foot in the sand.

The house has: 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, all with air conditioning, ceiling fan, clothes rack, Living room with ceiling fans and mezzanine. Social bathroom, kitchen, balcony, laundry, gourmet space with barbecue and bathroom. We leave toilet paper, soap and detergent, we just don't replace it. Kitchen with all utensils, plus a super nice pool and garden view. We offer full bedding and bath towels (all sanitized for each client). We look forward to your visit.
