It is ideally located in one of the oldest districts of the city and the most popular, the "quays of the republic": right in front of the walkway, with direct views of the latter, the fountain and the small port. Very close, in a green place and very pleasant to live. Premium location, rare for rent! An "enchantment" says the visitor! Furnished accommodation rated 3 stars.

Burgundy winegrower house of 110m 2, with fenced garden, terrace with garden lounge and an outbuilding that can accommodate 2 cars. The large fully equipped kitchen will allow you to have your meals with your family. The living room with its library , television and children's games. nice town house in quiet area 200 m from the city center of Toucy to spend weekends and holidays with family or friends. You have a garage for your car and a small terrace equipped for dining outside. The house is located 1/4 of an hour from the castle of St Fargeau and Guédelon. The departure of the small tourist train is 3 minutes from the house as well as the 6th favorite market of France (Saturday morning).
