The apartment is located on the border of the city center and the beach district, the city center and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment building is a real architectural gem, the house is surrounded by a closed garden that is perfect for families with children. There is a private parking space in the courtyard! Matsi Maria Small or as we call Store House Small(Poemaja väike) has gotten its' name from the fact that in the 1960s there was a store in this building. Villagers gathered around it, telling news and tasting food and selfmade beveradge. Nowadays, you can do all of this, but you can also enjoy some hot sauna, go for a tip in the sea and souk in the nature views from the terrace. Who is up for socializing can chat with the people at Poemaja Suur - Matsi Maria Big or go barbecue at our grillhouse.

The house is ideal for two people but can also fit 4 if needed. One queen-size bed and a wide sofa bed with a comfortable spring mattress for two people. Both are within short walking distance, to the beach about 10 minutes and to the city centre about 5 minutes. Next to the house you will find one of the most beautiful parks in Pärnu - Koidula park. The apartment is 750 meters from the beach and the center of Pärnu.
